Role: Art Director / Creator
Challenges: During the development of Mystic Origins, we discovered there was a considerable amount of community interest in our in-house modern game creation environment for the NES, so we adapted our film / game project into a software development sideline and ran a quarter million dollar Kickstarter in January 2018. As a mostly two man team, we've overcome significant hurdles in big testing, marketing, and delivering a startup software, especially one that we weren't planning to sell in the first place, 
Results: To date we have over 10,000 active licenses, and have seen 39 games released using our software so far. We've run two successful development contests, and continue to support our active and thriving community.
